Thierry Germain Saumur “Bulles de Roches” - A new favorite from the Loire Valley proving you don’t need to buy Champagne to find an outstanding bubbly. Dry and intriguing with loads of stone fruit, a subtle herbaceous quality and fine minerality. 

J. Aubry Fils Brut Champagne - This team of brothers embraces the lesser known varietals of Champagne including Arbanne and Petit Meslier. This Brut is bursting with honeyed fruit and the tell-tale brioche notes of a fine Champagne.
