Everblue (Maeve Fairfax and Emma Barker) will present a public performance starting at 6pm on Wednesday August 13, 2025 at Stone’s Throw Pizza in Richmond, Vermont.  The concert is presented by MS Projects, LLC with Stone’s Throw Pizza and family, friends & fans of Maeve and Emma - a live presentation of traditional tunes and songs.  
 
Maeve Fairfax is a fiddle, flute and guitar player and singer from Burlington, a UVM student leader, musician and athlete who has performed for concerts and dances she organizes at UVM.  She has performed at the annual Young Tradition Festival, the UVM Medical Center, Ira Allen Chapel at UVM, City Hall in Burlington, and in Cape Breton, Scotland and Quebec.  She has taught at music camps and privately, organized a student-led choir, led the Youth Commission, recorded a CD, and has learned from a variety of mentors and teachers including Dominique Dodge, Andrea Beaton, Pascal Gemme, Claude Methe, Moira Smiley, Brian Perkins, Oliver Scanlon and Pete Sutherland.  Mostly recently she has completed a semester of study, research and music making in Scotland.

Emma Barker is a fiddler, singer, and guitar player from Burlington, a student at Bowdoin College in Maine, and an accomplished high school and college athlete.  Her love of music contributes to floor-shaking contradances on winter nights and campfire harmony singing among friends.  Her senior year at Bowdoin focused on Oceanography and Environmental Studies, and managing the Bowdoin contradance band. When she’s not making music, she’s running, hiking, canoeing, and eating good food.
